What's included?

Supported Deputyship Application £1,250 Managed Deputyship (Get a Quote)
Meeting with the protected person at their home
Collecting in information regarding the protected person's income and assets
Arranging a GP or consultant to undertake a mental capacity assessment
Completing the application and supplemental forms regarding the protection person and the proposed deputy
Advice on fee exemption and remissions. Arranging these where appropriate
Lodging the application with the Court of Protection
Assistance with service of the various notice required
Advising the joint law deputy and responding to the Court at each stage
Assistance with setting up a surety bond
Checking the Deputyship order and advising on any restrictions of conditions

Hourly rates

If your matter is more complex you might be charged an hourly rate, which we will inform you of.

Hourly rates vary based on the experience of the lawyer and range up to £325.
