Amenities
Knotts Hill also has the use of all the Park Foot facilities which including their own beach and launching facilities. The fishing season is from 15th March to 30th September and you can fish (license required) on lake Ullswater for still water trout, Perch, Pike, Char and Schelly wild brown trout. Paddle boarding and various other activities including horse riding and two children's playarea's are available. There is an on site shop and TJ's restaurant bar for those not wanting to venture too far.
