The team at Arnison Heelis Estate Agents have a wealth of knowledge and experience with over 30 years’ experience between us. We are only a small team, so we really get to know our customers, form excellent relationships with them and often go the extra mile to ensure a smooth transaction – our customer feedback is a testament to that!
You will only find four of us in the office, which means whoever answers the phone will generally be able to answer your query. We don’t outsource work, so whoever comes to your house to do a valuation, will also be the person you deal with in the office and the person who will conduct viewings.
We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and promise to work alongside you to find the right buyer or tenant for you – making the process as stress-free as possible.
Rachel joined the Estate Agency in August 2008 having previously worked for Your Move in Carlisle. She is married with two grown up daughters and enjoys shopping trips with them. In addition to this she enjoys going to the cinema and theatre, socialising with friends and walking her dog. Rachel is also involved in the Arnison Quiz Team when the occasion arises.

June joined Arnison Heelis in February 2014, bringing with her a wealth of local knowledge and experience having worked at Penrith Farmers and Kidds for a considerable number of years. June is a local girl, from a farming background. She has a vast amount of experience specialising in sales of properties. In her spare time she enjoys gardening and cooking.

Karen joined us in September 2020 and brings with her 15 years of experience within Estate Agency working as a manager, valuer, negotiator and photographer. She loves working within the housing sector and never tires of seeing and selling new properties. She believes that presentation and good communication are key when marketing your property.
She lives in Appleby with her family and two dogs and loves to walk with them in our beautiful countryside. She loves to travel with the family in their campervan and especially enjoys holidays in France as well as all over the UK. Her hobbies include gardening, learning French, reading, photography and walking. Under normal circumstances she also loves getting together with friends and family for a lively celebration!

After living in Malaysia for 10 years, Laurence moved to Wetheral and attended Austin Friars School in Carlisle. He then went on to study geography in Bath and, after working for the National Trust, he graduated in 2023 with an MSc in Sustainable River Management at Lancaster University.
Whilst studying for his MSc, Laurence worked in the conveyancing department at the Solicitors and joined the Estate Agents in January 2024. Laurence enjoys getting out and about and meeting clients and is looking forward to becoming an expert in the lettings department.
On weekends, Laurence enjoys cycling and long walks in the fells
