Private Client Solicitor/Probate Specialist
Arnison Heelis is a well-established law firm in Cumbria with offices in Penrith and Appleby-in-Westmorland.
We are looking for an experienced solicitor, legal executive, or paralegal to join our growing private client department.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years’ experience dealing with probate and estate administration matters. Experience in other aspects of private client work such as preparing Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney or Court of Protection work are desirable but not essential.
The role will involve being a part of our busy and friendly private client team based at our Penrith office, but an application to work at our office in Appleby would be considered. The firm will provide the successful candidate with a supportive work environment, development and learning opportunities, and a varied caseload.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent organisational and IT skills and the ability to proactively manage client expectations and provide a high level of client care.
Salary is dependent on qualifications and experience, and the firm offers a performance related bonus scheme.
A full time or a part time role would be considered.
