Agricultural Solicitor / Lawyer

Arnison Heelis is a well-established law firm in Cumbria with offices in Penrith and Appleby-in-Westmorland.

We are looking for an experienced Agricultural Solicitor to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years’ experience dealing with agricultural and rural property, including the purchase and sale of farms, re-finance of farms, landed estates, renewable energy projects, agricultural tenancies, sporting rights, commons law and partnership agreements.

The role will involve working closely with the firm’s head of agricultural matters and be based at our Penrith office. This is a fantastic role for an ambitious lawyer looking for long-term progression opportunities.

Salary is dependent on qualifications and experience, and the firm offers a performance related bonus scheme.

A full time or a part time role would be considered.
