David Tew
Director
David is a Dispute Resolution Solicitor working in our Penrith office. David deals with all manner of litigation and disputes, his expertise include Contentious Trusts, Probate and Will disputes, Property Litigation and Professional Negligence Claims.
David is a member of the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association and recently completed the Association of Contentious Trusts and Probate Specialists (“ACTAPS”) associate membership course becoming an associate member of ACTAPS in December 2020.
Before joining Arnison Heelis in October 2022 David was a solicitor at Cartmell Shepherd.
David studied Law LLB at the University of Wales, Aberystwyth and completed his LPC at the College of Law, Chester.
Outside of work David is an active member of Keswick Hockey Club and is a season ticket holder at Murrayfield.
