We just wanted to write to express our utmost gratitude and appreciation to everyone at Arnison Heelis, who made selling our house so much less stressful and fast. From the very first day that I visited the offices in Penrith, I was made to feel welcome and valued. June sat me down and talked me through the whole selling process: we hadn’t sold for 20 years so really needed bringing up to speed. After June visited our house, we received our valuation that night and a paper copy in the post the very next day. We consider the estate agent’s fee worth every penny compared to an online estate agent. What you are getting with Arnison Heelis, is a small team of experts who are calm, efficient, fast and just so nice to deal with, but also, very importantly, a team who know the local property scene intimately and so we felt confident entrusting them in what is a stressful time.
Great communication meant that our house was on the market very quickly with professional listings, photos and video. The team were fantastic when showing prospective buyers round the house and again, eased the stress of the situation, and it just didn’t feel intrusive because they are just such a nice team to deal with. Their local knowledge also meant that when a couple of queries came up from the buyers, they were able to use their extensive contacts to deal with the situation quickly.
We sold our house within a week which meant we were able to move on to our new life much quicker. Thanks again to everyone at Arnison Heelis; a great local friendly and professional team.

Our house was originally on the market with David Britton but after three months with little or no interest we became very despondent. After speaking with Karen when viewing a property I asked where we were going wrong and Arnison Heelis came out to visit my house.
